Split Orders & On-Hold Shipments
In the event your order is split due to a pre-order item or temporary stock unavailability, your full order will be placed on hold.
You, the customer, will have the option to either:
1. Wait for the complete order to ship, or
2. Contact customer service to request a refund for the delayed item.

Exchange Policy
All exchanges requested online will be processed once we receive your returned item and are subject to stock availability at that time. Please note, we’re unable to reserve or guarantee inventory in advance.
Exchanges are shipped free of charge.
Please be advised if an item is out of stock it cannot be exchange and we recommend that you apply for a refund or find a similar item in the price range.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. All items returned within this window will be refunded to the original form of payment.
If you provide written notice and proof of return (such as tracking information) within the 14-day period, your refund will be processed no later than day 14. Without proof of return, we allow up to 30 days to complete the refund once the return is received.
For US orders, a pre-paid return label is included in your package. Simply attach the label and send the item back to us. A flat $4 USD return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Good news: If you’re making an exchange for a different size or item, the return fee will be waived.
