1. Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are available. Estimated shipping dates are provided for each item, but please note that these dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as production delays or shipping issues.
2. Payment for pre-order items is processed at the time of checkout. If your pre-order is cancelled for any reason, your payment will be refunded in full.
3. Pre-order items may be subject to changes in design, materials, or pricing. We will make every effort to notify you of any significant changes prior to shipping your order.
4. If you place an order that includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be held until all items are available for shipment. If you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
5. We reserve the right to cancel any pre-order at any time, for any reason. In the event that we need to cancel your pre-order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.
6. Pre-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
